Requirements

 Tertiary qualification, preferably in Finance
·       Have in-depth understanding of Crypto markets, Crypto exchanges, Crypto trading etc
·       At least 2 years’ experience in the Crypto trading and risk management
·       MT4/MT5 trading system administration experience is an absolute advantage
·       Strong MS Excel skills. MYSQL and Python skills are advantageous
·       Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
·       Good learning capacity for new knowledge areas
·       Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
·       Open to support 3 shifts is preferable
·       Leadership, or experience in leading a team is also an advantage
·       Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with internal teams and external vendors

 Responsibilities

 Performing risk assessments and evaluation of our company's exposure to the market
·       Implementing risk management processes for the organization
·       Preparing various trade reports and processing comprehensive data analysis
·       Preparing daily client account analysis
·       Monitoring pricing connectivity
·       Monitoring client trade flow and execution
·       Audit deposit and withdrawal processes
·       Performing the crypto hedging and trading based on the needs
·       Providing market colour and on-chain analysis to the team - Identifying potential market risks and opportunities with strategies to respond to them
·       Liaise with various departments on all aspects of client trading
·       Liaising with external associates for problem-solving
