Requirements

• Experience in Program Management for Agile projects, Confluence, and Jira.
• Play a major role in QA efforts on project which includes performing manual testing, automation test, system integration testing, user testing and regression testing.
• Possesses and demonstrates strategic knowledge of software QA principles and practices.
• Understanding of user interface design
• Experience with software automation testing tools and frameworks. • Ability to define and prioritize short-term and long-term objectives for the teams and make necessary corrections under changing circumstances.
• With 4+ years of working experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

 Responsibilities

• Oversee testing of current products and identifying deficiencies.
• Responsible for creating test cases, testing for bugs and performance.
• Report & follow up bugs issues to ensure all well resolved.
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. • Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Collaborate with Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Identify key KPIs for product quality.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
