  •  Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
  • Able to speak/write fluently in English, Mandarin.


  • Research and generate lists of potential customers
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
  • Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
  • Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Maintain sales records
  • Provide support, answer calls, reply to the help desk, live chat, Facebook, Twitter, and send emails to customers.
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Must be able to work independently and focus.
  • Must be able to demonstrate teamwork spirit in the customer service team.
