  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
  • Able to speak/write fluently in English.

 Responsibilities

  • Matching Client with Jobseeker just in front of PC.
  • Achievement of company KPI
  • Manage existing customer accounts, retain and grow the business
  • To foster strong business relationships with customers and keep them informed on the latest products and recruitment trends
  • Responsible for referral challenge ideas/ briefing/ administrative tasks from time to time.
