 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
  • Able to speak/write fluently in English, Mandarin.


 Responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Achievement of company KPI
  • Manage existing customer accounts, retain and grow the business
  • Responsible in referral challenge ideas/ briefing/ administrative task from time to time.
  • Matching Client with Jobseeker just in front of PC
